The Fountain Hills Bank Owned Foreclosed Real Estate that is for sale seems to disappearing. For most of the year we’ve been holding steady between 35 and 40 homes for sale. Lately we’ve been running between 29 and 34 foreclosed homes. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues or if the Banks will release some of the so called “Shadow Inventory” That I suspect does NOT exist in the Fountain Hills Real Estate Market.
Real Estate Investors know bank owned, foreclosed homes just won’t last forever and are snapping them up as fast as the hit the market. Particularly the lower priced single family homes which make excellent rentals. The Bank Owned homes over a Million Dollars are still sluggish but lower priced Condos, Apartments, Townhomes and particularly Duplexes and Single Family homes that are for sale are moving very fast in most cases. Fountain Hills is one of the best places to bring your family or winter. Fountain Hills, AZ is home of the world famous fontain, but it’s also the home of Sheriff Joe the toughest Sheriff in the West and one of Fountain Hills most intriguing citizens.
