Bank Owned Foreclosed Homes for sale in Fountain Hills
The Fountain Hills Bank Owned Foreclosed Real Estate that is for sale seems to disappearing. For most of the year we’ve been holding steady between 35 and 40 homes for sale. Lately we’ve been running between 29 and 34 foreclosed homes. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues or if the Banks will release some of the so called “Shadow Inventory” That I suspect does NOT exist in the Fountain Hills Real Estate Market. Most Bank Owned Homes in Fountain Hills now are getting multiple offers above the listing price. They rarely last 2 weeks.
Real Estate Investors know bank owned, foreclosed homes just won’t last forever and are snapping them up as fast as the hit the market. Particularly the lower priced single family homes which make excellent rentals and Rent is going up as people are forced to lease. The Foreclosed homes over $1,000,000 are still slow. Lower priced Condos, Apartments, Townhomes and particularly Duplexes and Single Family homes for sale are moving quickly in most cases. Fountain Hills is one of the best places to bring your family or winter. Fountain Hills, AZ is home of the world famous fountain, but it’s also the home of Sheriff Joe the toughest Sheriff in the West and one of Fountain Hills most intriguing citizens. Fountain Hills was also just awarded The Most Playable City award by Kaboom for its outstanding playgrounds!

This week Bank Owned Homes for sale in Fountain Hills range in price from $58,900 for this La Montana Condo to $1,650,000 for an Eagles Nest Mansion that that has been on the market for a couple of weeks!
Just because a home isn’t bank owned doesn’t make it an excellent investment. In order to compete on the Real Estate Market a home must be priced competively with foreclosed real estate. You need a Real Estate Agent that has your interests in mind. Contacting the listing agent is not the best idea since his loyalty is to his listing client. NOT TO YOU!
