The Town of Fountain Hills continues to grow.

The announcement of a much needed Movie Theater coming to the Town Center will enhance Fountain Hills entertainment and improve businesses surrounding the Town Center. Some of the local restaurants will be expanding their hours to capture some of the additional traffic created by theater goers.

The Business News in Fountain Hills just keeps getting better and better.

Paul’s Ace Hardware, a long time Fountain Hills Business, has announced that it is going to expand it’s present location in the Basha’s Complex. Paul’s Ace Hardware has leased an additional 3,800 sq. ft adjacent to it’s present location and expand it’s Garden, Outdoor Living and paint section into the former Spooners Physical Therapy location in Fountain Hills next month. This is great news for Fountain Hills Residents. It will fill the void left when Target closed it’s Garden Shop to go into the Grocery business. Paul’s will need new employees both in management and all areas of customer service. In fact I’m seeing “Help Wanted” Signs all around town! Most of the local restaurants are hiring, Leslie Pools is Hiring as well as many of the local retailers such as Target, CVS and Walgreens. So if your looking for a job, a great place to live and a home come to Fountain Hills before the Real Estate prices head up. But you better act fast.

Fountain Hills Real Estate Marketing Wise:

All this up swing in business activity has created a surge in Fountain Hills Real Estate. Inventory is at an all time low and home prices are on the rebound.  Last month I sold a Saguaro Woods 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in 6 hours, cash and a 15 day Close. We are entering our summer doldrums in the Fountain Hills Real Estate Market but there’s no sign of any let up yet. . It’s actually a very firm Sellers Market particularly in the low to mid range end. 6 figure homes are still lagging. Inventory is at an all time low. The last 2 condos that I represented the buyer on sold for over asking and considerably over. A Balera 2/2 condo listed at $229K sold at $265K, cash, 15 day COE. A Mirage Cove Gemini listed at $197K sold at $225K same terms. More then 5 bids were offered on each as Highest and Best.

On the Buyers end we go out of our way to preview homes for sale in Fountain Hills using video/pictures to show them “The Good, Bad and Ugly.” This very valuable to out of state/country buyers. I also have a policy of never double dipping. I either represent the Buyer or the Seller as I feel it’s unethical and not in the best interest of the client to represent both.
